Groupe Bastide Announces Sale of EXPERF to Sapio Group
On May 21, 2026, Groupe Bastide confirmed the sale of its subsidiary New Medical Concept, the holding company of EXPERF, to Sapio Group. EXPERF specializes in home infusion and clinical nutrition care. Acquired in 2017, EXPERF has experienced robust growth, doubling its revenue to €42 million and expanding to 28 locations by 2025. Expected deconsolidation implies no significant impact on Bastide's 2026 financial year revenue, holding the forecast at €510 million.
