Joint General Meeting of Bastide le Confort Médical

The Board of Directors of Bastide le Confort Médical has convened a Combined General Meeting for December 15, 2026. This meeting will be held at the company's headquarters in Caissargues. Shareholders will deliberate on various important matters, including the approval of the company's and consolidated financial statements, which show profits of €11.4 million and €59.7 million respectively.

The resolutions also include the allocation of profits for the 2026 fiscal year, the authorization of a share buyback program, and statutory amendments concerning the vice-chairmanship of the Board. The compensation of executives and directors for the 2026-2027 fiscal year will be reviewed.
