Solid financial results for the Bastide Group in 2025-2026
The Bastide Group, a major player in home healthcare services in Europe, reported organic growth of 7.9% for fiscal year 2025-2026. Revenue reached €482.4 million, with significant growth in the Respiratory and Diabetes segments. The operating margin exceeded its target, reaching 9.2%.
Net income attributable to shareholders rose sharply to €58.1 million, representing an impressive annual performance. Operating free cash flow improved by €16 million, contributing to a reduction in net debt of €135 million.
Bastide is continuing its organic growth strategy, targeting revenues exceeding €500 million for 2026-2027 and expecting to maintain its operating margin. Transformation efforts and improved financial leverage should support these objectives.
