Battery X Metals Achieves Notable EV Range Extension

Battery X Metals has accomplished a significant enhancement in driving range for an electric vehicle previously deemed inoperable. Following the implementation of its second-generation lithium-ion battery rebalancing platform, the vehicle achieved an average range of approximately 135.9 kilometers per charge.

This improvement was made possible through a preliminary trial that effectively minimized the voltage disparity in a 144-cell NMC lithium-ion battery pack, decreasing it to about 0.27 volts post-rebalancing. This achievement indicates a meaningful recovery of the battery pack's capacity while avoiding cell replacement.

The results showcase the technical and commercial potential of Battery X Metals’ innovative technology. This advancement promises to extend the life of electric vehicle batteries and lower ownership costs for fleets faced with battery degradation challenges.
