BayWa AG Announces Restructuring Plan Meeting

BayWa AG, headquartered in Munich, will hold a public meeting on May 15, 2025. This meeting will discuss the company's restructuring plan. Dr. Hubert Ampferl has been appointed as the restructuring officer. The meeting will take place at Paulaner am Nockherberg in Munich. Entry begins at 8:00 AM, with the session starting at 10:00 AM.

The court and involved parties will review and vote on the restructuring plan. The meeting is announced publicly online, fulfilling the requirements of § 85 StaRUG. Affected creditors and shareholders are encouraged to participate and provide input on the proposed options.

Participants are advised to bring identification and, if needed, proof of representation. There will be no recording allowed during the meeting. BayWa AG encourages prior notification of attendance to facilitate planning but does not require it.
