BCMGlobal to Enhance Loan Servicing in Saudi Arabia

BCMGlobal, a prominent European loan servicing firm, has been appointed to advance the National Financing Support Services Company (NFSC) in Saudi Arabia. This partnership aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 to diversify its financial system.

NFSC, established by the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund and Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company, aims to strengthen the Kingdom's mortgage and consumer finance sectors. BCMGlobal, leveraging 25 years of experience, plans to expand NFSC's capabilities beyond residential mortgages to include consumer and commercial loans.

BCMGlobal’s role involves infrastructure development to attract domestic and international lenders. The firm will deploy a senior team to Saudi Arabia and recruit locally to enhance operational capacity. Their expertise in loan servicing and data analytics is expected to integrate with the Kingdom's financial goals.
