BD Multimedia launches €1 million bond issue for its Bitcoin strategy
BD Multimedia, a company listed on Euronext Growth, announced a €1 million convertible bond offering. This transaction aims to finance the acquisition of Bitcoin, thus initiating the next phase of its "BTC Treasury Company" strategy.
The Board of Directors of the Company approved the issuance of these OCAs without preferential subscription rights, targeting a strategic partner, on June 16, 2025. These bonds, with a conversion price of €12 per share, represent a premium of 48.1% over the previous price.
The funds will be fully invested in a separate Bitcoin wallet. The "BTC Treasury" strategy aims to leverage cash in digital assets, supported by ACPR and AMF approvals.
This move reflects investors' confidence in BD Multimedia's trajectory and its development potential in the Fintech and blockchain sectors.
