TRACTIAL, previously known as BD Multimedia, has successfully finalized a €1,000,000 funding round with strategic investors. The raised capital will be used exclusively to acquire Bitcoin as part of the company's strategy to enhance its BTC Treasury. TRACTIAL aims for sustainable growth, supported by long-term investors familiar with its operations.
Currently, TRACTIAL holds 15.25 BTC in its treasury, acquired at an average price of €80,032 per Bitcoin. The recent issuance of convertible bonds aligns with the Board's decision to enhance the BTC Treasury, ensuring minimal dilution for existing shareholders.
The €1,000,000 convertible bonds issuance was approved with waivers for pre-emptive rights, maintaining shareholder value while promoting strategic partnerships. This move reflects the company's commitment to a well-controlled financial structure, focusing on Bitcoin accumulation.
