Beaconsmind AG Transforms into Swissnet Group Following Key Acquisitions

Beaconsmind AG, now rebranded as Swissnet Group, recently completed its acquisition of Swissnet AG, an ICT services provider, and Dubai-based traveltech specialist Lokalee. The total transaction was valued at CHF 21.3 million. This strategic move was facilitated by the unanimous approval of shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting in December 2024. New shares were issued to raise CHF 4.35 million as part of this acquisition.

Swissnet Group has already secured significant contracts, including with Vitanas Group and Philip Morris, valued at approximately €800k and CHF 1.2 million respectively. Analyst Christian Orquera from First Berlin Equity Research has reiterated a buy recommendation for the company, maintaining a price target of €18.50. The acquisitions align with Swissnet's strategic objectives, suggesting a promising outlook for 2025.
