Swissnet Group Reorganizes for Global Expansion

Swissnet Group, a prominent ICT solutions provider, has announced a major restructuring of its leadership and organizational framework to align with its global expansion aspirations. The company aims to enhance its leadership structure amidst ongoing growth in the infrastructure and software segments.

Christian Legros has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, bringing over 25 years of experience in company development, mergers, and public markets. Jonathan Sauppe retains his role as CEO, continuing to manage operations and investor relations in the DACH region.

Roger Tabbal has been promoted to Co-CEO and will focus on integrating AI and software into Swissnet's offerings. Additionally, Ivana Koch has joined as CFO, tasked with driving financial strategies and ensuring governance across regions.

The company will report financial results separately for its SaaS and Infrastructure segments, marking its commitment to refining leadership and achieving sustainable growth.
