Swissnet Group Reports Strong Financial Growth for FY2024

Swissnet Group has announced its preliminary unaudited financial results for FY2024, showcasing significant growth aligned with previous guidance. The company's revenue reached CHF 13.1 million, marking a 112% increase from CHF 6.2 million in FY2023, surpassing the anticipated CHF 12.9 million. Furthermore, the Group's EBITDA turned positive, increasing to CHF 2.5 million from a deficit of CHF 0.4 million in 2023.

Swissnet AG's pre-merger revenue also saw a notable rise, with CHF 7.9 million, up 36% from CHF 5.8 million in the previous year. EBITDA for Swissnet AG grew by 24% to CHF 1.9 million. On a pro forma basis, which includes mergers and acquisitions, the Group's revenue hit CHF 21.0 million, and EBITDA reached CHF 4.4 million.

The Group reported strong organic growth, with a 25% increase in revenue and a remarkable 438% rise in EBITDA on a like-for-like basis. A robust balance sheet supports these achievements, boasting CHF 11.0 million in equity, CHF 4.4 million in cash, and a positive free cash flow of CHF 2.6 million.
