Belimo Announces Leadership Transition in Americas Division

Belimo Holding AG has announced that James Furlong will retire as Head of Group Division Americas and Member of the Executive Committee. Effective March 1, 2026, Sarah Bencic will take over the role. She will join the company on October 1, 2025, facilitating a seamless transition.

Sarah Bencic, 42, is coming from Honeywell, where she was the General Manager of Building Management Systems Americas. Her prior experience includes executive roles at 3M and positions at Ingersoll Rand in marketing and business development.

Bencic holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. With her experience, she is expected to lead Belimo's Americas division effectively.

The Belimo Board appreciates James Furlong's invaluable contributions and leadership. He will remain as a Senior Advisor until February 2026.
