BeMetals Corp. Engages Suzette Ramcharan for Investor Relations

BeMetals Corp. has announced the engagement of WIN Expertise Inc., led by Suzette Ramcharan, for investor relations services, pending TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. This engagement aims to bolster the company's investor relations initiatives. The initial contract period is six months, with a monthly fee of $6,000, payable from working capital. WIN operates independently and has no financial interest in BeMetals.

Simultaneously, Derek Iwanaka, the company's Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development, will resign effective November 30, 2025. Interim CEO Kristen Reinertson recognized Derek's contributions and expressed optimism about Suzette's strategic communication skills enhancing shareholder relationships.

BeMetals, affiliated with B2Gold Corp., focuses on mineral exploration projects, including the Savant Gold Project in Canada, the Pangeni Copper Project in Zambia, and the Kazan Gold Projects in Japan.
