Beneteau unveils its 2025 Annual Financial Report
The Beneteau Group announces the availability of its 2025 Annual Financial Report on its website. This publication will take place on April 14, 2026, allowing shareholders and stakeholders to access key financial information for the past year.
In view of the Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 11, 2026, Beneteau informs that the notice of meeting will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) by May 6, 2026. Shareholders will thus be able to prepare for it with 35 days' notice.
The required documents are already included in the Annual Financial Report. Any additions for the meeting will be available at the head office and on the website before May 21, 2026, i.e., 21 days before the event.
