Results of the votes at the BENETEAU General Assembly

On June 11, 2026, the Combined General Meeting of BENETEAU SA approved all proposed resolutions. Resolutions 1 through 14, with no excluded votes, received an overwhelming majority of favorable votes, often exceeding 99% support. Only a few minor objections were noted.

In particular, Resolution 9, although still adopted, recorded a higher proportion of votes against, at 5.70%. Resolution 14, another key resolution, was also adopted with 90.17%. Two resolutions needed to exceed the 90% threshold due to the sensitive topics they addressed.

All the figures highlight the strong shareholder confidence in the current management. The participation rate remains high, with 127,756,626 votes cast. The low number of negative votes underscores the consensus surrounding strategic decisions.
