Berentzen-Gruppe Reports 2025 Results with Significant Profit

Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft has released its 2025 Annual Report, confirming preliminary results with a consolidated profit of EUR 2.4 million. The profit reflects strong financial performance based on an EBIT of EUR 8.5 million. The Executive and Supervisory Boards propose a dividend of EUR 0.11 per share, to be decided at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company also reported a positive free cash flow of EUR 5.1 million, surpassing last year's figures. CEO Oliver Schwegmann highlighted the success of a variety of products, such as Berentzen Minis and Mio Mio cans, contributing to this achievement.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Group forecasts revenue between EUR 163.0 and 173.0 million, with plans under its new strategy, BERENTZEN EVOLVE 2030, focusing on diversification and international growth. Key initiatives include entering the functional drinks market and launching new product variants.
