Recap of the BIC Combined General Meeting of May 20, 2026
BIC held its Combined General Meeting in Paris on May 20, 2026. Under the chairmanship of Édouard Bich, several major resolutions were adopted. The 2025 financial statements were approved, and an ordinary dividend of €2.40 per share will be paid. The co-option of new directors, including Rob Versloot, and the renewal of existing terms were approved.
The meeting also endorsed the remuneration policy for 2026 and paved the way for BIC to intervene in its own shares. An amendment to the bylaws regarding thresholds was also ratified, ensuring flexibility and transparency.
