BIKE24 Anticipates Increased Revenue for 2026

On September 16, 2026, BIKE24 Holding AG announced an optimistic revision in its revenue forecast for the financial year 2026. The company now predicts a significant increase, expecting to generate between EUR 345 million and EUR 360 million, up from the earlier forecast of EUR 316 million to EUR 332 million. This is attributed to a surge in demand across all markets, especially internationally.

Despite the promising growth, BIKE24 acknowledges challenges. Lower earnings contributions stem from market-specific conditions, alongside a price-sensitive market leading to higher sales of lower-margin electronic goods. Increased transport costs also impact profit performance.

Nevertheless, BIKE24 remains focused on a growth-oriented strategy to leverage current market trends and boost customer base and market penetration. Projected adjusted EBITDA remains stable within the EUR 16.0 million to EUR 18.0 million range.
