Bike24 Holding AG Adjusts 2026 Revenue and EBITDA Forecasts

Bike24 Holding AG has updated its financial outlook for 2026. The company now forecasts revenue between EUR 345 million and EUR 360 million, up from an earlier projection of EUR 318 million to EUR 332 million. This adjustment follows a strong revenue performance in the first half of the year, extending into July and August.

The expected adjusted EBITDA has been refined to a range of EUR 16 million to EUR 18 million, narrowed from a previous range of EUR 16 million to EUR 20 million. This specification considers increased costs related to international expansion, changes in product mix, and current geopolitical factors.
