BIKE24 Raises Revenue and Earnings Forecast for 2025

BIKE24 Holding AG has adjusted its financial forecast for 2025, citing robust sales in a challenging market. The firm now anticipates a revenue range of EUR 278 million to EUR 288 million, up from its previous estimate of EUR 248 million to EUR 261 million. Consequently, the expected adjusted EBITDA is set between EUR 12.5 million and EUR 13.5 million, improving from a former range of EUR 7.0 million to EUR 12.1 million.

CEO Andrés Martin-Birner attributes this positive outlook to strategic enhancements in product offerings and improved operational efficiency. BIKE24 plans further optimizations, including deeper integration of purchasing and logistics, to maintain this momentum and sustainably enhance cost structures.
