Bilendi Completes Acquisition of Netquest

Bilendi, a prominent provider of technology and data solutions, has finalized the acquisition of Netquest from NielsenIQ - GfK. This transaction, following standard closing conditions, will be incorporated into Bilendi's financials from February 1, 2025.

Netquest, founded in 2001, operates major research panels across Spain, Portugal, and 19 Latin American countries. With 270 employees and 2,500 clients, it significantly enhances Bilendi’s presence in Iberia and Latin America.

This acquisition marks Bilendi's largest to date, boosting its workforce to 680 and expanding operations to 37 countries. The group anticipates more than €90 million in revenue for 2025, with an EBITDA margin over 22%.

Bilendi continues its ambitious growth strategy, aiming for €100 million in revenue by 2026. Next, fourth-quarter revenues will be reported on February 26, 2025.
