BIO-UV Group Share Buyback Program
On June 13, 2025, BIO-UV Group will present a share buyback program at its combined general meeting. The program pursues various strategic objectives, including stimulating the secondary market and covering employee stock option plans. The program authorizes the repurchase of up to 10% of the share capital, with a maximum amount of €14,154,670, with each share valued at a maximum of €10.
Buybacks can be made at any time within an 18-month period. Furthermore, the Board of Directors reserves the right to use derivative instruments. Particular attention is paid to ensuring compliance with buyback limits and compliance with applicable regulations.
