BioNxt Advances Commercialization for Patented Multiple Sclerosis Treatment

BioNxt Solutions Inc., a company specializing in innovative drug delivery systems, has announced its collaboration with a Business Development & Licensing advisor. This initiative aims to facilitate the commercialization strategy for BNT23001, a patented sublingual cladribine orally dissolvable film designed for multiple sclerosis patients.

Unlike conventional tablets like Mavenclad®, BNT23001 offers a sublingual film option, potentially benefiting patients with dysphagia. Mavenclad® reported global revenues of approximately €1.2 billion in 2025, indicating significant market demand.

BioNxt intends to explore licensing and partnership opportunities. The BD&L Advisor will assist in commercial positioning and partner identification. Concurrently, preparations are underway for a human bioavailability study to compare BNT23001 with Mavenclad® tablets.
