BioNxt Solutions Inc., a Vancouver-based company, has announced two new investor relations partnerships. Apaton Finance GmbH, located in Germany, will support BioNxt by enhancing brand awareness and stakeholder engagement in the region. Apaton's services include translating and disseminating company news via social media and email. The engagement spans three months, beginning August 25, 2025, with a monthly fee of Euro 56,000.
Additionally, Cayo Ventures GmbH from Switzerland will provide digital marketing services and distribute German-language communications. Their engagement is set from August 25, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with a flexible weekly fee up to Euro 30,000, contingent on trading days and cash management strategies. Both partnerships can be terminated by BioNxt at any time, with no equity compensation involved.
