Mr. Lynch is the CEO of Power Metallic Mines Inc. and brings extensive experience in the resource and bioscience sectors. His involvement provides BioNxt with access to a strong international investment network.

Additionally, BioNxt has engaged Rob Grace and Blaine Ruzcki as investor relations professionals for six months. They will focus on investor outreach, communication, and strategic advice. In return, they will receive monthly compensation and stock options. Both professionals will limit activities to public relations, avoiding market making.
