BioNxt Solutions Updates on Management Cease Trade Order Status
BioNxt Solutions Inc. has provided an update regarding its Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) following a previous announcement on May 1, 2025. The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) implemented the MCTO due to delays in filing the company's annual audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024. The order restricts trading by BioNxt's CEO and CFO until the company submits the necessary documents by June 30, 2025.

BioNxt's board states no significant changes have occurred since the initial acknowledgment of default.
