Bird River Completes Acquisition of Mexican Mining Rights

Bird River Resources Inc. has finalized the acquisition of all shares of Mexico HoldCo, a private corporation owning two gold projects in Mexico. The acquisition was completed under a share purchase agreement involving a cash payment and issuance of common shares. The projects, located near Mazatlan, cover a total of approximately 119 hectares and include an option to use a mill processing plant.

Additionally, the company has welcomed Mel Reznick and Dr. Alan Pierrot to its board. This strategic acquisition and board expansion align with Bird River's plans for growth in the resource sector. The transaction terms include a net smelter royalty agreement and an investment condition on the project's advancement.
