Bird River Resources Completes Financing and Exercises Processing Plant Option
Bird River Resources Inc. (CSE:BDR), a resource company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, announced the closing of a second tranche in its private placement financing, generating gross proceeds of approximately CAD 762,168. This issuance involved 9,527,106 common shares at a price of CAD 0.08 per share. The funds will support obligations under their Right of Use (ROU) agreement and general corporate needs.
The offering results in a related party transaction involving director Melvyn Reznick but remains exempt from certain formal requirements. In parallel, Bird River's subsidiary, Cotton Mining & Processing, secured the exclusive right of use of a processing plant in Mexico for 36 months, with plans to commence ore processing by Q4 2025.
