Bitmine Immersion Technologies Reports $10.4 Billion in Assets, with ETH Holdings Soaring
Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) has announced its total holdings of cryptocurrencies, cash, and marketable securities amounting to $10.4 billion. This includes a substantial 5.62 million Ethereum (ETH) tokens, representing 4.66% of the total ETH supply.
The company has made significant strides toward its 'Alchemy of 5%' goal in less than a year, marking 93% progress. Additionally, its Series A Preferred Stock, which secured net proceeds of $273.8 million, will commence trading on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.
Bitmine's ETH staking on its MAVAN platform has reached 4,718,677 ETH, valued at $8.1 billion. This positions Bitmine as the largest Ethereum treasury and the second-largest global crypto treasury.
The company has further received support from institutional investors like ARK and Kraken to achieve their ETH acquisition targets.
