QNX Highlights Deterministic Software at Robotics Summit & Expo

QNX, a BlackBerry Limited division, announced its significant participation at the Robotics Summit & Expo set for May 27-28 in Boston. The company will feature hands-on demonstrations and unveil new research, showcasing their software's role in enabling safe, secure, deterministic AI-driven robotic systems.

Interactive demonstrations will illustrate the QNX® RTOS's capability to convert AI decisions into reliable actions. The demos include a robotic arm mimicking human motions and a high-fidelity robot utilizing LIDAR and vision sensing for real-time detection. Additionally, AI-based pose detection powered by Intel and NVIDIA hardware will be featured.

QNX President John Wall will join a keynote panel discussing robot autonomy and the integration of safety and security into robotic systems. The event will also see the launch of the "Inside the Robot: Architecture Benchmark Report," analyzing the evolution of robotics development.
