Blue Cap AG Expands Investor Base Following Share Exchange
Blue Cap AG has significantly broadened its investor base. Major shareholder PartnerFonds AG i.L. completed a share exchange offer, increasing Blue Cap's free float to 51.5%. The exchange involved 806,336 Blue Cap shares, reducing PartnerFonds' holding from 27.1% to 9.2%.
The share exchange marks a milestone for both PartnerFonds and Blue Cap. The high acceptance rate highlights confidence in Blue Cap's valuation, which stood at EUR 26.36 per share. The company maintains a stable shareholder base, including JotWe GmbH, Kreissparkasse Biberach, and Schüchl GmbH, with respective stakes of 15.2%, 13.6%, and 10.5%.
Blue Cap is considering a share buyback program, having authorization to repurchase up to 10% of its share capital. This proposal would be under discussion by the Management and Supervisory Boards.
