The Hamburg-based Solar215, founded in 2023, specializes in utility-scale BESS development, holding a 4.5 GW pipeline. This acquisition supports Germany's energy transition and BEE's strategy for grid flexibility, renewable integration, and decarbonization.

The acquisition allows Solar215 to benefit from BEE's market knowledge and industry network.
