BlueOnion and Morningstar Collaborate on Sustainable Investment

BlueOnion, a recognized sustainability analytics platform, has teamed up with Morningstar Sustainalytics, a prominent sustainability research and ratings firm. This collaboration aims to aid banks and asset managers by enhancing their ability to analyze and visualize sustainability data, addressing greenwashing concerns in sustainable investment products.

With increasing ESG assets and strict regulatory oversight, the combined capabilities of BlueOnion and Morningstar Sustainalytics will help the financial sector meet compliance in a more transparent manner. The partnership expands the coverage to 300,000 mutual funds, ETFs, and 93,000 bond funds, aligning with EU SFDR standards and supporting ESG performance analysis.
