BOA Concept Group: 2025 Results and 2026 Outlook
In 2025, BOA Concept Group recorded solid revenue growth of 19.2%, reaching €26.8 million. This increase is largely attributed to the performance of its subsidiary, Easy Systems Benelux. Internationally, the group generated 60% of its revenue, offsetting the stagnation of the French market.
Despite a decrease in gross margin to 56.8% due to the integration of Easy Systems, BOA Concept improved its EBITDA to -€0.1 million, compared to -€0.8 million in 2024. Operating income moved closer to break-even, improving from -€2.1 million to -€1.3 million. The net loss of €1 million represents an improvement compared to 2024.
With €5.8 million in cash and net debt reduced to €1.8 million, BOA Concept is preparing for 2026, focusing on innovation, international expansion, and maintaining its financial discipline.
