Bonyf NV Embraces Strategic Partnership with Group Pharmaceuticals for Indian Market Growth

Bonyf NV, a leader in dental and dermatological solutions based in Belgium, has announced a strategic collaboration with India's Group Pharmaceuticals. The partnership sees Group Pharmaceuticals acquiring 13.5% of bonyf's shares, further driving bonyf's global expansion efforts, particularly in India. This move allows bonyf to leverage Group Pharmaceuticals' extensive market access, which includes direct monthly engagement with over 100,000 Indian dentists.

The alliance will facilitate local production of select bonyf products in India, optimizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency. Furthermore, both companies aim to develop new oral care solutions, enhancing product recommendations and trust among patients and dentists in the region. Jean-Pierre Bogaert, CEO of bonyf, emphasized the collaboration's role in fulfilling bonyf's international growth ambitions by tapping into a rapidly expanding oral care market.
