BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH has disclosed its unaudited financial results for 2025, highlighting a 4.5% decline in full-year revenues to EUR 161.7 million, largely due to ongoing challenges in the automotive sector. Despite this downturn, EBITDA saw a considerable increase of 22.7%, reaching EUR 16.3 million, buoyed by operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives like the “Accelerate” program.

The company's total liabilities decreased by EUR 13.5 million to EUR 80.7 million, aligning with scheduled bond repayments. Meanwhile, broadened revenue streams in sectors such as robotics and hydrogen applications serve to mitigate the impact of declining automotive sales.

Looking ahead, BOOSTER anticipates a modest revenue rise in 2026, supported by ongoing efficiency measures and enhanced sales efforts targeting growth segments. The outlook suggests further integration of automation and AI-driven processes to bolster overall performance.
