BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH reported stable revenues of EUR 83.3 million for the first half of 2026, slightly higher than the previous year's EUR 82.6 million. Despite a challenging automotive market, the company benefited from cost and efficiency measures initiated in 2025. However, non-recurring restructuring costs affected their EBITDA, which decreased to EUR 6.3 million from EUR 8.6 million in H1 2025.

The company's focus remains on new business generation and financing restructuring to ensure long-term stability. With an equity ratio of 7.4%, total assets and cash reserves saw a modest decline. A revised earnings forecast anticipates an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 13.5 million to EUR 14.5 million for 2026, considering ongoing restructuring efforts.
