BOOSTHEAT LAUNCHES BITCOIN CASH ACTIVITY
BOOSTHEAT, a company specializing in energy efficiency, announces the creation of Bitcoin Hold France. This subsidiary will focus on Bitcoin cash management, aiming to create value for shareholders. Stéphane Ledermann, CEO of BOOSTHEAT, emphasizes that this strategy complements their commitment to the energy transition.
The company is launching this initiative with a €250,000 fundraising round, financed by the issuance of OCEANE bonds. This sum will be fully deployed in the new Bitcoin business. At the same time, BOOSTHEAT continues to leverage its patented innovations and restructuring to position its expertise in key sectors such as methanization and data center cooling.
