BOOSTHEAT: New Fundraising and Bitcoin Strategy
BOOSTHEAT, a specialist in energy efficiency, has just announced a €250,000 fundraising round. This operation is part of a contract with Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities (ITTO), aimed in particular at supporting BOOSTHEAT's Bitcoin Treasury Company policy. €100,000 will be allocated to the purchase of Bitcoin.
The issuance of the OCEANE bonds could result in the creation of 388,157,895 new shares, diluting the stake of current shareholders. However, this issuance does not require a prospectus approved by the AMF, and the initial subscriber plans to resell the shares gradually.
BOOSTHEAT warns investors of potential risks related to its financial situation. The company nevertheless believes it will be able to meet its deadlines thanks to this fundraising.
