BOOSTHEAT raises €150,000 in funds
On March 26, 2025, BOOSTHEAT announced a €150,000 fundraising round through the issuance of 30 OCEANE bonds. These bonds are underwritten by Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities. The objective is to finance a new strategic roadmap driven by the new CEO.
This financing could result in the creation of nearly 34 million new shares. A shareholder holding 1% of the capital would see their stake reduced to 0.91%. Details of this transaction were published in a previous press release and do not require AMF approval.
BOOSTHEAT emphasizes the potential risks for its investors, particularly in terms of capital dilution. However, the company believes it can meet its future obligations thanks to this fundraising.
