Capital reduction and adjustment of nominal value at BOOSTHEAT

BOOSTHEAT, a French energy efficiency company, announces a capital reduction. Following this decision by the board of directors, the nominal value of each share has decreased from €0.20 to €0.0005. At the same time, the company's share capital, which consists of 74,237,770 shares, has been reduced from €14,847,554 to €37,118.8850.

This reduction is driven by losses. Financing in the form of OCEANE-BSA with Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities (ITTO) is in place. This mechanism could put pressure on the share price.
