Boron One Holdings Completes Jarandol Basin Exploration

Boron One Holdings Inc. has concluded its geological exploration program for borates at the Jarandol Basin license area in Serbia. The findings, compiled into an Annual Report, have been submitted to Serbia's Ministry of Mining. This initiative is part of a three-year plan managed by Boron One's subsidiary, Balkan Gold, aiming to delineate sedimentary basin segments that could harbor raw materials like borates and magnesite, and identify new borate mineralization sites.

Initial exploration strategies involved geological mapping and sample collection from various geological formations, later analyzed by selected laboratories. Six exploratory drill holes have indicated potential borate deposits, with some intersecting mineral layers suitable for economic extraction. Boron One believes the Jarandol Basin could potentially enhance known boron deposits.
