Boron One Holdings Inc., headquartered in Victoria, B.C., announces a non-brokered private placement seeking to raise $500,000. The offering consists of units priced at $0.04, each including one common share and a warrant. Warrants offer the right to purchase an additional share over three years, initially at $0.05, rising to $0.07 in subsequent years. An accelerated expiry date is possible if shares trade above $0.10.
The firm will pay a finder's fee in alignment with TSX Venture Exchange policy. Proceeds are allocated to working capital. Completion is contingent on receiving necessary approvals, notably from the TSX Venture Exchange.
