Leadership Changes at Borussia Dortmund's Management Board

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA has announced significant changes in its management board following Hans-Joachim Watzke's departure. Carsten Cramer has been appointed as the new spokesperson for the management board. Alongside his duties in marketing, sales, digitalization, and internationalization, he will now oversee communications and strategy.

Additionally, Svenja Schlenker will join the management team, taking charge of human resources. Her existing role focusing on girls' and women's soccer will continue. Schlenker will step down from her current position as a member and chair of the works council to accommodate her new responsibilities.

The roles of Thomas Treß and Lars Ricken in finance, organization, legal, investor relations, and sports remain unchanged.
