Branicks Group AG Delays 2025 Financial Statements Amid Refinancing Talks
Branicks Group AG has announced a delay in the publication of its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements. The postponement is due to ongoing negotiations concerning the refinancing of financial obligations due in 2026. These discussions involve promissory note loan lenders and bondholders of the company.
Based in Frankfurt am Main, Branicks confirmed that the decision follows consultations with their auditor. The new expected date for the release of the audited financial statements is set for 30 June 2026. Despite the delay, Branicks has reaffirmed its financial forecast for 2025, which was revised on 23 December 2025.
