The Sapporobogen property encompasses approximately 28,000 square meters of office and usable space. It is strategically located with excellent public transport connections and offers extensive parking facilities. The certification highlights Branicks' commitment to sustainability and further solidifies its position in the real estate market.

In 2024, the company significantly increased its green building ratio, aiming for a 60% target by 2027. This achievement follows recent BREEAM certifications for other properties like Gate 9 and Central Park Office, showcasing Branicks' ongoing dedication to sustainable real estate.
