Branicks Group AG Secures Smyths Toys as New Tenant in Neustadt Centrum
Frankfurt am Main, January 14, 2025 – Branicks Group AG, a prominent real estate company in Germany, announced the leasing of 3,200 sqm space to Smyths Toys in the "Neustadt Centrum" in Halle. This agreement marks another significant acquisition for Branicks, with a 10-year lease signed.
The store will occupy a portion of the former Real space, now fully leased following a previous agreement with REWE in fall 2024, boosting the occupancy rate to 99%. The shopping center now boasts an excellent tenant mix, enhancing its appeal.
Christian Fritzsche, Chief Operating Officer, highlighted the success of attracting a tenant and emphasized the strategic benefits of Branicks' local market presence. Smyths Toys' Director of Real Estate, Christian Nitsche, praised the prime location and collaborative efforts.
