Branicks Group AG, a leading real estate firm in Germany, reports a robust start to 2025 with a notable letting performance. In the first quarter, the company achieved a total letting of 77,173 sqm, inclusive of 35,347 sqm in new agreements and the renewal of 41,826 sqm.
An important development in this period is the extension of a lease with a prominent German software firm in Eschborn, covering 9,100 sqm until 2035. This LEED Gold-certified office tower, part of Branicks' Commercial Portfolio since 2020, demonstrates strong demand amid a challenging market.
Significant leases also include extending a contract for a ver.di trade union facility in Thuringia and a major logistics deal with EgeSun GmbH in Bremen. These agreements underline a trend towards high-quality, sustainable facilities.
