Branicks Group AG to Publish 2025 Financial Statements in July 2026
Branicks Group AG, based in Frankfurt, has announced its plan to release the audited 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements on 27 July 2026. Alongside these statements, the company will also publish its first-quarter 2026 report. This timetable follows ongoing negotiations with creditors and bondholders about restructuring financial liabilities due to mature in 2026. The aim is to secure an extension until the end of 2030, with discussions reportedly in a constructive phase.
The management anticipates that the successful conclusion of these negotiations will provide a stable foundation for Branicks' future. As of 23 December 2025, the company has confirmed its revised financial forecast for 2025.
