Branicks Group AG Welcomes Thalia to Marler Stern

Branicks Group AG has announced that Thalia, a well-known German book retailer, has become a new tenant at the Marler Stern shopping centre in Marl. The retailer is set to occupy 455 square meters of space, with plans to open its doors in the first half of 2026. This addition promises to enhance the retail and service offerings at Marler Stern, known for its high foot traffic and central location.

The Marler Stern hosts a variety of retail outlets, service providers, and community facilities, including a city library, and is now almost entirely leased, with only two smaller spaces remaining unoccupied. This expansion aligns with Branicks' strategy to optimize their property assets and expand their offerings to tenants.
